How much of my time will the project take?

Very little. I created my process to simplify things for hotel owners who are always on the go. After we establish your objectives and collect your visuals, I will take care of all aspects, including content, design, layout, and integrations. Your input will be limited to brief “yes” or “no” feedback on design options to confirm what feels right, allowing me to handle the majority of the work.

What tools do you use as a designer?

I use Webflow to create my websites. Similar to Photoshop, this software has a learning curve, but after you master it, you can effortlessly turn any design into a website, which is a major advantage of Webflow. I can also use AI to create a website, much like I did when I built my Tree House hotel. However, AI website design is still in its early stages and doesn’t deliver results that match Webflow’s quality. In addition, I design on WordPress, which can significantly improve a new homepage’s visibility.

‍What about domain and hosting after my website is finished?

‍Every website needs two essentials to stay online:

- Your domain – the address people type in to find you (like bnbname.co.uk).

- Hosting – the “home” where your website files live so guests can visit 24/7.

You have two simple options:

- Bring your own – If you already have a domain and hosting, I’ll connect your new website to them. If not, you can purchase a domain (around £10–£15/year) and hosting (usually £5–£20/month) from providers such as Google Domains, GoDaddy, or SiteGround.

- Choose a Bounique & Co. Care Plan – Designed for hotel and B&B owners who’d rather not deal with tech:

• Foundation (£8/month) – Hosting only
• Refinement (£20/month) – Hosting + text updates (seasonal offers, room descriptions, contact details, etc.)
• Transformation (£50/month) – Hosting + text & content updates (text edits plus new images, refreshed menus, or gallery updates)

- Prefer no subscription? That’s fine too — hosting can be kept separate, and any edits can be booked as needed at £25/hour.

- Good to know: You’re never locked in. If your needs change, you can switch hosting at any time and your website will go with you.

Will I lose my Google ranking or traffic after a redesign?

Not if it’s done properly. During a website redesign, I ensure your domain, hosting, and current SEO setup remain unaffected. This helps your site maintain its Google ranking, offering a quicker and more appealing design that enhances user experience. I pay close attention to redirects, meta descriptions, and analytics to maintain and boost your traffic.

Yes, no tricks, no brand templates. I’ll design and build your boutique hotel website from scratch. You can choose from the following Website Bundles.

Your design covers:

1) A custom-designed Webflow (or Wordpress) site (usually 1–5 sections on a single page or pages)

2) Styling tailored to your brand – fonts, colours, layout. Mobile responsiveness – looks great on phones and tablets

3) Foundational SEO setup – title tags, meta descriptions, and accessibility best practices with more specific SEO on the Enhanced Boutique Website and Hospitality Pro bundles.

4) Domain connection support – I’ll help you link your site to your custom domain, you also get:

- Full ownership of the final site

- Light post-launch tweaks (within 7 days of going live)

- A feature spot in my portfolio (with your permission)

Yes. Text and images can be changed easily. If you’d like training or a custom guide, I can provide that too, or offer a maintenance plan as mentioned above.

Typically 2–4 weeks from start to finish, depending on your content and feedback speed. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
